We had roof repair done in November following Hrricane irma. We live in Henry county and used the Stockbridge location.

We paid our invoice in cash only to 90 days later receive an invoice accusing of nonpayment and owing an additional $600 in late fees. My husband spoke with the office to try and resolve and all they said was they had no record of payment and then they sent a very nasty email threatening to start lien procedures on our property!! Thankfully i had saved the paid receipt they sent us and took it to the office manager in person. Hannah Smith is her name.

She made no apologies and just said she had a lot of emails and her quickbooks still showed no payment. My suggestion is to stay away from them. They do good work but the office staff is very incompetent and makes unfounded threats when they are the ones at fault.

They offer $25 in bill credit for positive reviews on google which is why they seem so good...they are bribing people. I have never been treated like that and dont want anyone else to either.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. KTM ROOFING CO. WAS FABULOUS AND EVERYTHING IS HOLDING UP GREAT. THEY ARE STANDOUT PEOPLE.THE PRICE WERE GRATE.

CALL MORE ROOFING COMPANY AND THEY WERE THE BEST.I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH KTM. THEY INSPECTED THE ROOF VERY THOROURGH .

If you have a roofing problem and you are considering using KTM, I suggest that you consider other roofers and, if not, beware! I had a leak in my roof, KTM came out to repair it and they made it worse.

After their repair, the area was hit with some intense rain storms and my roof, rather than leaking as it had, now, had water was streaming in. Enough water got in to weaken my ceiling and it fell! I could see the rafters and the area that KTM was supposed to have repaired.

Rather than replace the roof board with *** in it, as they were contracted to do, they put a shingle over the hole and tried to secure it with a nail. The nail hole, over the hole in the roof board, was just big enough to allow for the stream of water to get in and cause damage.

I found KTM roofing company through your organization. I hired the company to repair my tile roof.

The contractor, leornard McLougin made the roof worse. He promised to make it right and came to my house 4 times adding more Selicon to the tile roof. He charged me to replace the flashing on both valleys to stop the roof leak but never complete the work as per the contract. I paid them for the job and they refused to honor the warranty.

the roof leaked everytime there is any type of rain. I had to hire a new contractor to cpmplete the work. Tim Mcloughlin cursed my husband and told him that he doesn't visit certain neighborhoods.

We live in conyers, GA (we are black) because they are hudlums. Tim mcLoughlin is very arrogant and doesn't need to be in business.
