On 12/8 my friend handed over my motorcycle to azhar aka art 019457**** who works at kkp langkawi trading company to be sent to mentakab.. But until today 23/8 I have not received any calls from ktm mentakab to pick up my motorcycle.. I have made a call to ktm alor setar and mentakab.. The answer I received was that the vehicle was sent on wednesday 18/8 and the answer was that the truck carrying my motorcycle was damaged, what was promised that on saturday 21/8 I will received my motorcycle.. But, until today no calls were received from ktm.. Hopefully you should be more sensitive and more responsible in managing any customer items.

User's recommendation: hopefully..kTM is more sensitive in managing any items that are posted through the ktm company.

Worst service

Ktm Distribution - Worst service
Before giving my rc bike to showroom, it's in good condition, after my bike serviced in kolathur khivraj ktm service, i don't know what they did to my bike, side stand sensor stopped working after service, few days later inside fuel pump started leaked, now my bike is not as good after serviced in kolathur khivraj ktm, I have changed my fuel pump for 5k in other service shop, even my sensor not working after that, I have driven my bike under 5,000kms from the date of purchase, this is very wrost experience from ktm service, after the complain feed back they have done something with my bike I'm 100 sure, therefore I have decided never I'll give my bike service in any ktm service center

User's recommendation: Never to do service in ktm service center.

Poor customer service

*** the customer service at Setia Jaya station. Don't know how to behave to the people, he was watching a movie and pissed of the people and treat them like dogs. Malay guy with no brains and poor mentality better change or not I'm gonna break him next time if I saw it again.!!!!
