Krystal Restaurant

Items ordered thru Krystal App. Upon arrival at Drive Thru was asked 3 different times what my order was.

Then, was told that they had no Krystal Pups...I DID NOT ORDER ANY KRYSTAL PUPS!!

Finally, found my order (not even started).

Brought some of the food to the window & was informed that Milkshake machine was broken (45 mins after being in line). Asked if I wanted an Iced instead.

Nope, not interested, just refund my money from no milkshakes.

Brought my food to the window and was told no Apple pies were available. I asked for refund on missing/unavailable items on my order...oh that needs to be done thru Krystal App.

I had to request a copy of my receipt 4 times & told them to mark items that were not received with initials.

Charged $36.58 for my order that was missing 5 items.

Finally figure that out to be told that they are only open for Customer complaints & Refunds Monday- Friday.

I want my monies refunded back to my account ASAP.

Krystal you owe me $11.00 +tax

I went to the Saraland, Alabama exit 13. I put in my order and there was 9 people behind me.

I paid for my order and was told to pull ahead and wait. After hour I finally received mine, but during this, I realized that everyone had received their orders, even when some were identical to mine!! I had ordered a case of Krystals and I actually saw 2 different people who were 3rd and 6th car had the same order and received theirs. I was snarled at and laughed at.

I have never in my 68 years been so mistreated in my life. When I finally received mine, it was shoved at me. When I got home and opened them, they were smashed and not put together. I did take pictures!!

The workers sat inside by the window where I was waiting and would look over and laugh. They wanted me to know that I was not welcomed. This happened November 20th. I I had just come from my cardiologist and wasn't feeling well.

I went online earlier today and put in an order if almost $60. I ordered around 1:40 and it said my order will be ready by 2 pm.

Upon finally getting to the restaurant I had to go through the drive thru because my 3 year old grandson was asleep in the car, before I could say what I was there for the employee proceeded to tell me it was a 30-45 minute wait, I said I was just there to pick up my order and everything is paid for. He said oh ok and pulled up my order then proceeded to tell me that their shake machine was down and I couldnt get my shoes so I will be refunded. I waited in the drive thru another 30 minutes with two c vehicles in front of me that never moved. I finally got out of the line to go inside to get my order.

When I walked in I was ignored so I had to say excuse me, a lady responded yeah? I said I ordered online about an hour ago and still do not have my order she got loud and ignorant with me and said well we only have one grill so youre gonna have to wait I said then have me a refund because I have waited an hour for burgers which I still do not have and I have five people to feed.

Her coworker which was a young man proceeded to go to the register and she stopped him and said no her order was online and that has nothing to do with me, she told me to go online and request a refund I went online and said there is no place on here that says anything about a refund she says well thats your problem not mine now get out! All I want is my money back I paid for food I did not receive was disrespected and out $60, none of that was professional
