Poor customer service
- - Shipped, but coat missing and no packing slip.
- - Repeated AI chats before a real person replied; five days with no update.
I placed an order and it shipped. A few days later, I received the package, and the coat in the order was not in the package, nor was there a packing slip.
I had to communicate with AI probably four times before an actual person contacted me.
They told me they would look into it and get back to me; that was five days ago, and nothing. Long story short, they have my money, and I have no jacket.

Charged for something I didn't receive
I have emailed with them twice and they keep making the excuse it's Christmas time, the busiest time of year and we will get back to you, and they haven't. Regardless I still don't have an expensive jacket that I have paid for.
Didn't receive what I paid for, 2 days now and no help. They told me by AI that they would look into it and still have done nothing.

I emailed immediately before my order was shipped or even processed. (They don't list a phone number.) I received an email back saying, 'As per our shipping policy, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.' Bummer. One wrong move and now I have to jump through hoops (get an RA #, ship back, resend...).

Lack of communication with anyone!!

The knife doesnt work and I cant get a hold of anyone I took it back to the salesman where I purchased the knife He tried to fix after several attempts to no avail He then told me to send it back and we have been trying to contact someone and it says the number is no longer in service then we found another number and it goes straight to voicemail we have been trying for weeks and now we get to write a review this makes No sense
