Kruse Auctions, Time to Pay Up
I shipped my car to Kruse auction to sell. It's easy to see now after reading articles and talking to others that was a mistake, and in fact I wonder if the auction ever intended to pay me, or if they were just going to use the money from the sale of my vehicle to pay others that allege they were cheated by not being paid from prior auctions. It did sell to Mark Hyman of Hyman Limited www.hymanltd.com. I understand that Hyman is good friends with Dean Kruse, and I dont know to what extent they work together. Mark said he paid for my car, I don't know if that's true or not. I also don't know what type of arrangements Hyman had with Kruse International, or how they shared or commingled money, if at all. If you think you have been cheated, defrauded, tricked by Kruse Auctions International, selling a car and not being paid, this is the place to air those grievances. I still have not been paid for my car. http://kruseauctionripoff.com

You have to file in court for thieft charges and even then who knows when he will pay he has hidden all of his assets so we cant get to them Good luck!! Im still waiting on 45000.00
Kruse and Mark Hyman of Hyman Ltd. are both scammers, and thieves.
Mark works with Kruse to fake bid or pump false bids at all auctions!!!! Look into the ACD contraversy.
I called Kruse today, 26 April 2010. My car was sold (stolen) on 2 August 2009.
I was told only Dean Kruse would be able to talk to me about payment;--- and he was not in!!!
At the very least, Kruse, has a very poor business ethic. Perhaps he is a great deal more neferious.
I too have a Kruse horror story. My brother and I took our 71 cutlass 442 to the fall Hersey auction(which Kruse held at the Lebanon expo center this year?) after completing a two and 1/2 year frame off restoration on the car.
We sold the car for about $10,000 less than we had been asking for it, and it was one of the only cars to sell at the auction. This was the beginning of October. For the next month, my brother called every day to see when the check was coming because he has issues with his mail service. Each time Kruse rudely responded "we have 30 days to pay".
After the 30 days was up, we still were not payed, so my brother drove 10 hours one way to Indiana in the beginning of December to get a check in person. Surprise surprise, Dean Kruse wasn't there. Finally, after the CBS news crew showed up, Kruse's lawyer came and gave my brother a paper promising payment 14 days after an auction in Floria. The 14 days came and went, and still no money.
I am done dealing with Kruse, asking them to give me the money that they stole. I have talked to the person who now has the car, his money was removed from his account the week after the auction in October. PA, and Indiana auctioneer laws require auction companies to hold monies not belonging to them in trust (they must pay sellers out of the same funds that were paid for their property). Kruse clearly is not doing this and what he is doing is illegal.
That is why I have filed formal complaints with Indiana and PA, and currently each of these states is investigating these actions, and will hopefully remove his auctioneer license. This is what I suggest anyone else in a similar situation do as well, because if he losses his Indiana auction license he will not be able to legally hold auctions anywhere in the country.
File complaints with the attorney generals office, and auction licensing boards in your state and in Indiana. :(
I use to like going to Kruse auctions,This was a family fun trip as we had bought and sold a few cars thete. In the fall of 2008 we sold a 66 Mustang and purchased a 2007 Shely GT-H.It took 8mounths to get paid for the 66 and about 10 mounths to recieve my Hertz package because they had not paid Hertz.Finaly after several calls not only to Kruse But to hertz, before it came to a close. In 2009 we took our 1967 RS camaro,They did wave my fees to hepl please me,So we took the car But we also held the the title,With the understanding I would paid the next day if it sold. Then they could have the tile.As it turned out the did not sell,So we put it on EBAY and Hemmings and sold the the car to A coolector in Fresno,Calif. We realy enjoyed our time at Kruse,But that will end I,m sure.Dean Kruse and his company is a disapointment to our family, and his comunity and to all who who ever has gone there and knows him.His personal Greed will hopfuly will leave him with nothing.
