Customer complaint
Tech oversprays all over my dash, seats, windows, steps and floorboards, I went back and spoke with the cashier and asked for management/supervisor. Cashier came out, inspected and acknowledged the wrong, he offered to wipe the mess.
I declined as I felt this was an issue that required much more attention. He very rudely asked: well what do you want than?? This angered me as I was already agitated. I than responded poorly and with profanity, the cashier took advantage of my mistake and told me goodbye, started to walk away and than say: thanks for nothing!
Again I respond poorly and with profanity. The cashier than decides to give me the finger, proceed walking towards coworkers and goes on a rant in front of other customers about the situation while looking over and pointing towards my wife and I. That was my fourth time at this location, the employee in question had always had exceptional customer service in the past, no doubt my reaction brought out the human nature in him, however, this does not justify me getting the boot with a greasy, oily mess of a car as well as without my two complimentary cans of oil guard for my two vehicles brought in. First car was free from mess.
