Issues with one of you employees
The employees are refusing to service us . Due to my boyfriend and I being upset that at prior visit to the store when their employees messed up our order .
He claimed he felt threatened when all we did was ask for our order to be corrected and an explanation of as to why we were being charged for sauce that is supposed to be free .
We let go of that situation and came in a few weeks later just trying to order our food and he shut the store down and the online door dash service was closed temporarily. Waiting for his manger I was now late to my scheduled shift.

Just tasted it. It is terrible with a odd smell

I went to the place on rte 50 in Chantilly, Va just before you get to South Riding. Ordered a twelve piece with two sides and one piece of fish. A little over 50 bucks and 30 minutes later I had my food and headed home. What I tasted was not good.
Chicken had something of a bleach smell yuck. Opened the box with the fish, what I found was something that looked as though someone had taken a can of
tuna, emptied it on wax paper, place another piece on top, then rolled it out super thin. Then took a fish shaped cookie cutter and popped it onto another piece of wax paper, then covering it in Something like a shake n bake coating , heating that and telling me its fish.
Nope Im good. Never ever again

They put them in these gas stations and then keep jacking up the prices for the chicken
The meals come with a biscuit and now they want to charge meal price without a biscuit when you can buy individual pieces and it's cheaper you get 1 sauce and they want to charge you for it they are too high and think we're stupid and can't count just trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

Once again Krispy Krunchy chicken closed early. Today is Sunday, October 10, 2021 today I arrived at 3:45 PM
There were five pieces of chicken in the warmer and they werent cooking anymore I normally spend $20-$30 every time I go
No apology terrible customer service this happens more often than it should
Seems like no one wants to work anymore

Concerned about one of your franchise
The store inside of Hanks truck stop is not being ran right they have no one in there that is properly trained they don't know what they are doing don't clean their fryers haven't done a boil out they are using different chicken and selling it has yours you can taste the difference this has been going on for awhile they have no interest in doing what is right I don't see how they have been getting away with it so wrong

IN MY OPINION THE CRISPY KRUNCHY CHICKEN AT 1840 W Peterson Ave CHICAGO IS THE WORST PLACE EVER...they took 2 hours to get my food just a few blocks awayTO ME..
I called at just over 1 hour and they said it will be here in 10 mts
2 hrs later in total it arrives and the food is somewhat warm which means it could notbhave been made nearly 2 hrs ago...The quality of the food was horrible..the cajun chicken strips had no taste, the biscuits were dry and hard and the fries limp and bland
ill never eat here again
