I bought two pairs during sale and one of them came with a leg that is deformed in shape and unwearable. I tried contacting Krewe and no response.
I need to return these glasses.
I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge since no response from the company. Very sad./

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Keene. One pair broke and I qualified for a new pair. I was given incorrect information at the Atlanta store. My issue is still not resolved.
Little to no customer service. The Atlanta store is horrible.
No one knows what they are doing.I was given incorrect information by the Atlanta store. I need my glasses. I had the hurst in tortoise shell which isnt made anymore.I toldthem the petal or lagoon would be fine. The leg of the glasses came off.
The salesperson was trying to get me another pair. No communication at all!

I didnt not Nikkis anything about the charges put on my card. The ad said charges 1 dollar for 7 days free trial.
An I have been charged 34.82 plus 1.00 an it just tried to charge me again. I want my account refunded for everything except the dollar cause I did not know I was going to be charged this.
If not refunded Ill call the BBB.my card number 4031 63** **94 0560 an I want my account closed. The website doesnt even work an is a waste of 1.00 much less the 34 I have already been charged

Hi, I only wear Krewe frames, I love them! Ive always purchased in a store until this last time!
Great sale, so purchased the Carson DOro, but they are crooked & do not fit my nose correctly, or sit straight on my face! They were a sale purchase, unfortunately I didnt know sale items do not have the same guarantees you typically give, or I would not have taken that risk! My eye doctor sells Krewe, but not ALL your frames. There is a regular store a hour from my house, but dont want to waste the time or gas if they will not help me!
I just want a pair thats straight & fit correctly! I just want my purchase honored or put the money Ive spent toward another series! I love the Moro frames too, I would happiest pay the difference, I just want another pair of Krewe that FIT!! The store near me is in Dallas Texas.
Im hesitant to exchange my frames on-line, Im afraid of getting another pair thats crooked, bent or whatever makes these sit lopsided! Please tell me the safest way to fix the problem! Im not Pissed, just want the problem fixed!

After placing a call on January 28, the message said they will be closed for the holidays in December!!! Then the call was terminated.
Im second guessing my desire to order from a company that puts you through so much trouble to have a question answered. Shame on you!

Your registration did not work. I received an error message. I tried calling for help, and you wanted $1 from me. I'm not giving you my credit card info and not paying you because your website doesnt work.
And I had to give you one star because otherwise the review doesnt work. You deserve no stars.
