Unfortunately, due to the breach in terms and conditions agreed to by both parties when the initial payment was made in February and the company's failure to deliver service within the stipulated 6 weeks, I will not be paying the balance of the product and the service until the installation is completed.

This service that was supposed to be provided within 6 weeks has now gone on for 12 weeks, and if not for the persistent trips to your offices in the last month, I'm sure nothing would have been done to supply the product/services. I will not recommend your services to anyone else, and I'm prepared to take all necessary steps to ensure I get justice for the shoddy customer service that your company has provided so far.

My policy for now, based on the severe impact of the poor customer experience I got from your company, is that I will not pay the balance unless work is completed.

My first experience does not give me any confidence that the last part of the job will be done on time; I can't afford to tie my money down to an unrealistic timeline.
