Update... Mr.

Krasker called to apologize for the email that was sent to me. An associate, who did not have the facts or authority, sent out the email I received which I posted here. Mr. Krasker was very apologetic, kind and reasonable.

I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Everyone is allowed to make a mistake, even a big one. I'm just happy it was handled well by the firm and the situation rectified. For anyone else who posts negative reviews know that as long as your post is truthful and can be backed by facts, you are protected by the first amendment.

If your review is libelous or untrue you can be pursued and held accountable.

My review in question was covered under my first amendment rights, but just know not every review is. If you feel your rights have been violated contact an attorney or an organization like the ACLU.

Not only did I receive sub par legal help from this firm, I received this email when I posted a truthful review..Good afternoon Angie, I am writing today as a friendly request to remove the online complaint on (review site) about Krasker Law, written on 08/15/2015. If the complaint is not removed by Monday, December 7th, our head attorney is taking legal action on these few negative reviews that are inaccurate when comparing to the results we achieved for those clients. Please understand this is not a threat, I am just looking out for you. You can call me any time with any questions or concerns, please let me know as soon as it’s removed. Yep, that's the view this firm takes on first amendment rights and their former clients. Be cautioned that there may be no other negative reviews because Krasker threatens their clients with intimidation tactics. Enough said.
