Misrepresenting themselves as Southwest Airlines
I contacted who I thought was Southwest Airlines to rebook a previously canceled flight. The man identified himself as Sam Roger .
He set up the flight & then asked if I wanted to book a rental car. I said I would call back if I did. He called me the next day & said because he works for southwest, he could get the best rates on car rentals. I agreed to have him book it.
He set it up with Avis, which turned into its own nightmare. When he took my credit card info he said it would show 1/2 of the charge coming from Avis & the other half would be from KradflyLLC. The 1/2 from Avis pre-paid my entire car rental & then I got a charge for $240 to KradflyLLC.
I called back & asked what that charge was for & he replied taxes & fees (which was bs) I called again today & said Id like an itemized receipt for the charges at which time he got very belligerent & began to yell. He then advised me he would refund the charge in two billing cycles of my credit card, but I would be blacklisted & not allowed to fly with ANY airline or be able to rent a car with ANY rental company.
Preferred solution: Full refund
