Unsatisfied customer
This form was the only place on the web I could contact this company, many numbers I called was linked to sales pictures for insurance or some kind of unrelated .
Happy to see a company that will actually return a call, pleased with the fact that it was an English-speaking customer service rep.
Also, please the person did not put me on hold, and was willing to engage in conversation rather than multitasking as many other companies have employees do.
Understood my issue and knew where to direct my problem, as it was an website issue.
I also wanted to mention the employee was courteous and professional.
