Ordered a blue/white outdoor rug.
Needed to return it wasn't what I wanted.
Like I said before I'll never do business with this company again.
They don't care about their customers, only thing they think about his making a dollar.

Order an outside rug was not what I wanted. Being trying to get a return confirmation haven't got it yet.
Tried calling several times won't answer the phone, sent email still no reply.
This is a *** more company to order from.

Return and credit
I will never shop with this company again ever.I will never shop with this company again ever. The quality of the barstools I I ordered well horribly made.
Returned the product. While waiting for my credit they tried returning them to me again. Call to check on the status for my credit, said they had been received and I should be receiving my credit within 45 business days. Four days later they tried delivering them back to me again.
Called customer service to check on my credit status again, was on the phone waiting for them to answer for over two hours had to hang up.
I still have not received my credit of over $600. Do not purchase from this company, its a nightmare.

Could not receive a call back on the specifications of a product
They never did call me back...however I found out what I needed by going on line to their website. Strange, the information was not in the catalog, but was on line.
Their personnel did not seem to know that when I called. All is well and I will know next time to go to the website.

Shipping labels
I will never shop here ever. All I needed were 2 shipping labels to return merchandise and haven't received them.
Yeah, they were supposed to email me them a week ago. Not here yet and I am leaving on an extended vacation tomorrow. All I want is the shipping labels to return the junk and get my money back.
Terrible customer service. Send me my shippin labels today.
I think the product I purchased from Kotulas was pirated off of my Mom's porch.
Fed Ex said I have to contact the Shipper in order to file an Insurance claim. The currier / driver had no permission to just leave the product on my Mom's porch.
Can you help? With the rise of "Porch Piracy" so prevalent these days, who would allow anyone to just leave anything on a consumers porch? My Mother is 85 and we wanted her to be able to look out her living room window in the last years of her life and enjoy the memories of her time as a Lighthouse Keeper.

So very hurt, Fraud SUCKS
I was so excited to get my daughter her exact Christmas gift, thought all was going so well, Well not so good after all, 1st my order was delayed because she is in another state so I had to explain that, then after waiting another week for her to receive her gift there was a picture of it on the outside of the box, blew that surprise right out of the water, now here is the other part , My Credit card was used for 3 other purchases that I had nothing to do with totaling up to $500. This company will not be used by me again and have been turned in for fraud
