I have placed an order for a pair of Snowqueen waterproof boots and have yet to receive my order which was placed on December 21,2019 claiming to be at 7-12 days it is now January 10,2020 this is the third time I have emailed the company and yet I still have not received my order or refund my money back . Asking for a speedy response from your side

Paid $25 for an item, and was told it would take 12-25 days. 50+ days later and 5 emails later, I'm still getting the same response of "Your order will arrive shortly, please be patient" ....
After requesting they just credit my card and cancel the order, they say they can't bcuz its out for delivery and I just have to wait. I honestly think there is nothing coming my way. I can't even explain how pissed I am and how frustrating it is to get the same f ing response after every email.
It's like talking to a wall who just stole $25 from you .... DO NOT ORDER anything from these fing SCAMMERS!!!

Don't order from this comany - big risk!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. They were the wrong size.
I immediately wrote to the customer service dept. asking for an exchange for a bigger size. I really liked them and just wanted to return for 2 more pairs. This started in Oct.
2109 and it is Dec. 26 2019 today. The customer service response sounds like an automated message as it is always the same message. I have given up and accept the fact that I am stuck with boots that don't fit.
Had I known this ahead of time I would not have ordered from this company.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KOSTUFF TO ANYONE. Very disappointed.
