Kosher Motors

Sold us a 2006 truck, with no headlights, all kinds of electrical issues. Took the truck right back, was told to take it to their shop so we did, the mechanic at the shop told us it would be a week before he could fix the headlights due to all of the wiring issues it had.

We left there 20 min.

Down the road and the cold air intake busted and filled the cab full of exhaust and nearly chocked us to death. Called to make them aware they said bring the truck back so we did know they refuse to give us our down payment and then told us that if we didn't pick the truck back up it would be voluntary repo .

I bought a Nissan Xterra from them. I had it 3 days they had it 2 weeks.

They said it could not be fixed, and lo and behold, after I returned it there the Xterra is on their website again. I asked for my money back and trade in and they refused. I asked for the Xterra back now that it is fixed and Perry Sasson would not return my calls. Bad stuff going on at Kosher Motors.

Perry should return MY car to me. This kind of unsavory dealer should do the right thing, don't you agree? This man and his staff should not be trusted.

They will not send my tag and make all sort of things up that are untrue. Help me, what can be done to right this wrong?

I was buying truck from them to export , negotiated an out the door price all inc. Then I decided to export the vehicle right away , I asked them to back out the taxes , registration but they declined.

The salesman Avi had told me before he had a 450 dealer fee, which i thought was high anyway, I had negotiated the original price for 2900 plus TTL and fees which came up to $ 3980, I asked him to back out the fees for taxes reg, so the only charges where the vehicle and the dealer fee , which would have made the car $ 3350.00 . No The salmon Avi now insisted that their fee was $ 985 plus the price of the car. I walked out, I ate received a call from a woman stating that she was the secretary for Avi and that the dealer fee was indeed $ 450.00, too late I was halfway home.

Read the small print ask for a breakdown before you agree to any price .... or better of Stay away take your business somewhere else.....

They appear to have good rating but they REALLY don't!! F rated by the BBB, complaints withe FDACS, Etc!!!!
