Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Since I purchased the merchandise through PayPal, I put in a dispute for the charges and PayPal took care of it. The company did not respond to PayPal so PayPal took action to get me my full refund.

I had placed an order on September 20th from your website and paid through my PayPal account. I had received an original order received email, but then never had any subsequent emails after about progress of the order.

I have tried to reach out through your customer service line, put the phone number listed does not go through. I just want to know if I could just cancel and get a refund?

My PayPal account has already been debited $120. Thank you so much
