Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Car Repair Review from Washington, District Of Columbia
I had my 200* 300c AWD dropped off on 5/2/2016. They still have not begun working on it! They refused to give me a loaner, so I have been without transportation for almost 6 weeks. To make matters worse, when I call they hang-up on me. Please, FIX MY CAR! BETTER YET, GIVE ME A LOANER until its FIXED! MY NAME IS RAPHAEL CLAYTOR AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DELAYS IN REPAIRING MY CAR! I requested a timing chain kit replacement, replace water pump, timing tensioner, my car stalls after re-fueling so I need a new gas tank, and another recall installment. This service should not take 5 weeks. DISPICABLE! DISRESPECTFUL! UNPROFESSIONAL!
