Never received purchased item.
I never received a confirmation for the wedge pillow purchase. The charges went through on my credit card, and I never received the purchased item.
Inquiries made via their 'contact us' page went unanswered numerous times. It has been over a month since the item was purchased.
The charge on the credit card was also under a name that seemed odd. Proof of the charge will only be provided upon request.
