The site finally sent a refund so I didn’t get my product but at least I got my money back. Thanks for reading this review.

I ordered the black dachshund float but then canceled my order with success and ordered a brown dachshund pool float in May. What a mistake! The site claims to have the other dachshund floats in stock in mid summer. The middle of summer is June. It is now July. The brown float has disappeared from the site and I’ve sent multiple emails to request a refund. I filed a dispute and then a claim through PayPal. I’ve ordered from Chinese sites with no phone number better then this. Don’t order from Kool Pool, Inc! The float was pricey but I really wanted it and now I’m trying to get my $70 back!
