I have been waiting for even an update to my order placed 5 weeks ago and nobody will give me an update. I am pissed!

My son ordered a hat he loved and we wanted it for a trip we were taking 2 weeks ago.

Obviously the hat didn't come in time and now I don't know if it will come at all. HORRIBLE customer service and seems like a scam of a site.

I had place in order for more than 20 days i never received it and, furthermore I have no way of contacting them, but yet they still charging my card.

Loss:
$84

Preferred solution: Full refund
