I bought kontrol freeks and they came packaged in the wrong sizes.
I bought kontrol freeks and they didnt come in the right size the box/package said they would. I tried refunding them at GameStop but they refused even with a receipt.
Someone at kontrol freeks Reddit said to contact customer so I did. They responded immediately and Im very pleased with their response time even after the hours they said they were open.

I never received my package.
On 12/29/23 I placed an order, #176****.. it took a while to deliver which is understandable because of the holidays and delays.
Then I received a text message and email saying it was delivered. When I went to check it wasn't there.
There has to be a misunderstanding but I never received my order. Please get back to me and have a good day.
