Out of stock - no indication on website or email
I ordered a Kong Cooler on 8-8-2020. It shipped out on 8-10-2020. I received it on 8-12-2020. Website description states it comes with a divider. It did not. I emailed them on 8-13-2020 regarding the missing divider. They replied with "I apologize, I show an email was sent regarding the missing divider when tracking was sent over. There was a small delay with Dividers but yours should be shipping out next week, as we should be fully restocked by the end of this week". Potential customers please be aware of this lack proper/specific communication about out of stock items/parts.
