Kondaur Capital

Tried to purchase a home owned by Kondaur Capital. They said it would be suitable for a conventional loan.

They couldn't get things fixed to make it happen. After delaying closing twice, they wanted to delay a third time for another month as if I have unlimited time for them to do what they say they will. After paying for an appraisal, it's ridiculous to have absolutely no follow through from the seller.

This company is absolute garbage. Don't waste your time.

My loan was passed to three companies, Konduar being the last. I was working with a representative on a loan modification - I returned every single piece of documentation requested and I kept receiving letters asking for another piece of information.

Then I get called from my "rep" telling me that I have been denied when I have a letter in front of me telling me that I have to get another form in for them to make a decision.

Then get the additional information requested, then I receive another letter asking for more information allowing for more time, I then receive another call saying I am denied when the letter states I have more time to get them supporting documents. T

No way to make a payment by phone on Saturday .....I do not want to put my social security # online so what do I do????

Back in 2008, when the market crashed, my grandparents had this beautiful home they spent their entire lives saving up for. It was custom built, and had all custom furniture.

Everything was made for them, and they were comfortable. My parents had some drug issues at the time, so they were constantly dealing with that, but otherwise, they had us (their grandchildren) and their home. We were happy. The only fond childhood memories I have were in that home.

My grandparents always paid their mortgage on time and were giving to the community, however, the market crash was inevitable. That was when my grandmother was diagnosed with stage 3C breast cancer. My grandparents were still able to pay their mortgage and medical bills, but it seems that wasn't enough, because Kondaur Capital Corporation swooped in and bought the house in full! My grandparents didn't even have a say in it!

So, in order to get my grandparents out of the house, they raised the rent more and more until they drained every last penny out of them, then evicted them. It was a terrible, morally wrong thing to do. I wonder how the people working for this company sleep at night. They RUINED our lives.

My grandparents still haven't been able to get themselves out of the debt they were forced into because of this awful company, and it's been NINE years.

I hope you all get the karma you deserve. My poor grandparents.

So this company apparently took over my mortgage. I get a letter stating that I am delinquent and maybe I can't afford my home any more.

I have never received a statement from them. How are you supposed to pay someone when you don't know your account number or where to send payment? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't even know if they actually have my mortgage or if this is one big scam.

From the other reviews I've seen, I wonder if this is actually a real company.

I even called my original mortgage company and this wasn't who they sold the mortgage to, they sold it to a company with even worse reviews and the supposedly was sold to these people. this is a nightmare.

Kondaur has been a long time client of mine and out of many servicers I've worked with, they have usually been the most professional. They handle all of the expenses for trashouts, cleanups, yard care, utilities, and sometimes they rehab.

The procedures and addenda are pretty standard. There was a time, though, when THEIR client insisted on rehabbing some properties that were not worth rehabbing and they have taken a long time to rehab much less to sell to the point that I lost two listings. The improvements did not justify the asking prices. Or they didn't do important improvements for floor plan functionality or exterior appeal.

They also wanted a rental analysis but never put them up for lease.

One asset manager did not give me a listing because she said I never did the rental analysis which was not true. As a Realtor who represents Kondaur, I've been pretty satisfied.

We worked for months to rent a home that was owned by this corporation. We completed multiple applications, background checks and credit checks.

A month later we were finally approved. They wanted us to get 2 Million Dollars in renters insurance for a home that isn't worth 150k! We went through all the motions to do this. We had to up our auto insurance so that we could umbrella everything to meet the requirement.

When we finally completed everything they asked for, signed the lease agreement and send our deposits they decided it wasn't a good investment and didn't want to rent the property anymore!!! After hearing the news we tried calling multiple times and no one responded. We just got a machine. Must be nice to sit behind a desk and hide behind a corporation that treats people like complete garbage.

HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?! We packed up our entire house! Our move in date was two days before you decided not to rent. I hope no one ever buys that house.

We have been talking to william for MONTHS, and have jumped through every hoop he threw at us, never did he call back when he said he would, called today because of course he didnt return our call, only for him to tell us to get a different lender, what a let down, i will NEVER recomend this company, especially to want to be new home owners, i have had alot of disappointments in my life, but this one is the biggest, thanks William for destroying dreams!!!!

Kondaur Capital is a company based on unfulfilled promises. I was strung along over 3 1/2 months with a home loan.

I was made to jump through hoops, all while our lending agent assured us that we were approved and would get the loan. We fixed any and every problem, and were given a closing date. We even signed a loan lock to lock in our interest rate, and got a closing date of Friday on Monday afternoon. We received a call Tuesday morning telling us that a "Senior" Underwriter had overruled another underwriter, and that we no longer had the possibility of a loan.

They left us homeless with a 4 year old child. I will never do business with them again, and will not allow anyone I know to do business with then either.

We financed our home with an other company , we got notification that Kondaur was taking over the contract. They did not even have a license as a servicer .

That was just the beginning of lies, deceit ,coercion, dishonesty, payoffs, money laundering and several years in litigation. I need your help to stop the BEAST. They literally told me that it is worth my litigation since , such a small amount actually follow through.

They stole my home and my business, and did it illegally and they are not in jail. Help me put them where they belong, take away the nice suit for an orange jumper.

Real Estate agents beware of Kondaur & Res.Net! I did all the legwork for Kondaur Capital to help get the sellers out of the home.

I then delivered the check for them,& met contractors there. I had emails stating that it was going to be a 6% commission. They had me sign up for a $700 membership to Res.Net. When I got the listing agreement they had lowered the commission to 5% hardly worth taking the listing on a 129,000 townhouse.

I tried canceling the Res.Net and they would not refund any of my money. The townhouse went on the market at 6% with another agent.

After I did all that work! Stay away from Kondaur & Res.Net!

I had my loan with First Magnus sold to Kondaur who started foreclosure proceedings in 11/2010 when I was not delinquent, then they wanted me to go into foreclosure! I'm now collecting unemployment my loan of 7.25 that 1st originated with Universal in 2005 and now with Kondaur my loan is upside down, was going to request a loan modification and just found out from FCI lender services that Kondaur is my lender, and after reading postings it appears that they will not do modifications.

I want to join in to stop Kondaurs unlawful unethical tactics NOW!
