The park use to be a nice place to call home. From the time the present manager came to be it's be turned into a concentration camp.
Rules are changed to Colonel Klinks likes and dislikes, rules don't apply to her Minions. Barney Pfeiffer her maintenance man could not find water if he fell out of a boat and he lies. He works 7 days a week and all holidays. The water and power are constantly being shut down.
Not so good for Seniors. If Colonel Klink dose not like you your on the list to be kicked out.
Is that legal? She dose not show any respect to the Seniors.

KONA KAI MOBILE-Hispanics "DO NOT" buy in that park
Constant harrasment by manager "BETTY" wont give last name. Rules of park only apply to hispanics which she calls 'MEXICAN TRASH".
Cant complain to owner as she refuses to give any information. Almost killed my grandmother (96) of a heart attack when she almost kicked the door down instead of knocking. BEWARE!!!!! My mother who lives there and is owner has constant health problems due to the stress of living there and the harrasment.
Cant sell to get out because nobody is buying. If "BETTY" doesnt knock your door down she will yell at you from outside causing you embarrasing moments with the neighbors.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE "HARRASMENT ISSUE". MY FRIEND USED TO LIVE THERE AND HAD TO LEAVE SHORTLY AFTER MOVING IN DUETO CONSTANT HARRASMENT BY THE MANAGER.
GOT LUCKY HE COULD SELL HIS UNIT FAST ENOUGH. LIVED THERE LESS THAN A YEAR.
