Warranty guys are not the sharpest crayons in the box. Tired of their excuses.
Please do not use the tiles in my attic if that is the same tiles that are up there now, The ones in the shower are mostly cracked so it is reasonable to believe the others in the same box will be cracked too. Also, when are the following items going to be fixed? The garage door is yellow not white. Wrong color door was installed.
Please correct the problem. Floor is still messed up. When was the floor ordered so I can track the status of it. I am really over excuses.
The door to the back porch is a safety issue. That needs to be fixed immediately. Please give me a date when this will happen. Blinds are sagging after 2 months.
Where is the quality of the blinds that were paid for at closing. This brand is a cheap and is prone to do this. Did research on the brand. Paint needs to be redone but that can wait until the 12 walkthrough.
Light pendants and table light need to be corrected. Twice they were a no show and someone was waiting on them. Seal around front door needs to be replaced. Light comes in from the crack.
Gentlemen, as you know, I spent a lot of money on my house. I am not asking for excuses why people are not showing up and things are not getting done.
