Absolute scam. Expensive and simply not fit for purpose
Bought 3 heaters for about $1500.
Expensive but I was enamoured by the green and modern approach to heating story. Also app control and scheduling was appealing.
They units also look good.
However! They barely generate any heat!!! They are not cheap to run and there is NO support. Do not buy this under any circumstances.
I cannot in good faith eBay them to some other person so I will simple theown them away!
$1500. Worthless junk.

I bought two radiators from Koleda over a year ago, but they arrived without remote controls. I have them installed but ca't turn them on.
I've been trying to reach the company, but never get a response and I think they may be out of business. I'm desperately trying to get some help.

TOTAL CRAP
This product SOLUS M2 is a total piece of garbage. The App doesn't work, the sensor doesn't work and the heating unit cant heat a 140sq ft. room.

Ordered 2 Ember heaters from Koleda in Feb. 2022 and of this date May 27th.
I have yet to receive product. I tried to contact them several times via email and through their website, but get no response. Now when I go to their web site I get an error. Are they still in business?
Are they a scam? Am I out over $200?

I pre-ordered the Ember heater in March and was supposed to be dispatched in May. No update or response to multiple emails. Now it is winter in Melbourne I will be having to purchase another heater from a reputable company.

Unsupported and Undependable Heaters
We have lodged a complaint with the following agencies International Consumer Protection Agency, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and Consumer Affaire Victoria.
This company does not seem to support their products or honour any form or warranty.
FRAUD
FRAUD - DO NOT BUY!
I ordered multiple heating units in February. After not receiving an order update within two weeks of ordering, so I emailed.
I received a response indicating that there had been some delivery issues and that it would be shipped within the next week. After 4 weeks, no shipment has been processed and customer service is not responding.

This fiasco started in early December 2020 when we ordered three heaters and paid full price only to have them start a sale the day after. They were suppose to ship 5-7 days and one month later hadn't arrived.
Contacted customer service numerous times for refund for sale price finally got an answer. Heaters arrive, two are broken and customer service is MIA. Oh, they contact you if you open a paypal dispute but not to stand by their product.
One out of three heaters produces minimal heat and certainly not worth the cost. No one will respond, we are stuck with two incredibly expensive and useless wall hangings which will require patching the wall when removed.

We bought a set of three heaters early December, told shipping 7-14 days, finally over a month later they arrived. Two are fine, the third has a strange clicking noise and doesn't heat.
There is a big black X on their contact customer support page and short of calling Switzerland how are you suppose to contact them. I reached out to someone I had been communicating with whose comment was "will talk to tech support and get back to you" well over a week ago and nothing. The heaters themselves work no better than our old radiant panels for 3 times the cost but I must admit they do look better.
The app you have to use is absurd and unreliable as it appears so is this company in general. I wish I had done better research before spending the money, lots of complaints out there, not ready for prime time for sure.D

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They finally apologized and shipped the replacement..
This company sells electric heaters. I have bought five of them, two big ones and three small ones in January 2020.
Two of them were broken on arrival. After weeks of emails they were finally replaced. It was now the end of the winter, so I was not able to try them out with cold weather conditions, although I was already suspicious on whether the capacity would be enough. A third heater came of the wall and is now standing on the floor.
During the summer the heaters were off.
In September, I wanted to turn them back on, but I had to re-install everything. One heater did not come back online. I contacted Koleda again. After many emails and promises, I still did not receive my replacement heater.
This is just the hardware problem..., the software is also not working. The feature of how much money you spent per month is does not work and also the thermostat is stuck quite often, so you can only turn them on or off. It is now December and Koleda has stopped responding all together. My house is freezing cold as the capacity of the heaters is not as advertised.
And I am still missing one heater. I have meanwhile ordered other heaters from a trusted brand. Complaints made on Facebook go unanswered, and they remove negative remarks.
I can't leave a review on their Facebook page, I guess they have closed that feature. There are still some reviews online with similar complaints as mine.
