Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They finally apologized and shipped the replacement..

This company sells electric heaters. I have bought five of them, two big ones and three small ones in January 2020. Two of them were broken on arrival. After weeks of emails they were finally replaced. It was now the end of the winter, so I was not able to try them out with cold weather conditions, although I was already suspicious on whether the capacity would be enough. A third heater came of the wall and is now standing on the floor. During the summer the heaters were off. In September, I wanted to turn them back on, but I had to re-install everything. One heater did not come back online. I contacted Koleda again. After many emails and promises, I still did not receive my replacement heater. This is just the hardware problem..., the software is also not working. The feature of how much money you spent per month is does not work and also the thermostat is stuck quite often, so you can only turn them on or off. It is now December and Koleda has stopped responding all together. My house is freezing cold as the capacity of the heaters is not as advertised. And I am still missing one heater. I have meanwhile ordered other heaters from a trusted brand. Complaints made on Facebook go unanswered, and they remove negative remarks. I can't leave a review on their Facebook page, I guess they have closed that feature. There are still some reviews online with similar complaints as mine.
