Problem has not been resolved, support continues to just send me to automated machine....even when I request not to be. Extremely unprofessional, seems like they are just scamming me for money.
Hello, I ordered 1 gold maple leaf bar, and 24 Silver bars, but I only received the one gold bar, is there a second package I should be expecting? I have been charged for the full amount and would like my 24 silver bars, or my money back.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed with either sending me the bars I ordered or refunding me. Thank you!!
They then send me to automated Machine with no help and doesn't recognize my order number and I sent photos.
I have typed #TKC619830, TKC619830, #619830, AS WELL as 619830...the automated message says it doesn't recognize it.
Probably because only half my order was received. I would like my 24 silver coins that I paid for, or I would like a refund please.
I then email them again...they send me to the same automated machine, and thst is the only way to "try to get ahold of them" please anyone know how to solve this issue?
