HAVING TROUBLE WITH ALL PRODUCTS

in MY Mobile sim stopped working suddenly and it was 6 weeks before i finally got use of my phone back, i lost data as i couldnt use it. the help chat took too long to decide to send me a new sim, i didn't get a technician contact me until about 10 days and they didn't know how to help programme my sim in a new phone.
