Poor ethics and professionalism at the local dealer

I have to tell that I had a worst experience at the Koeppel Subaru located at 42-01 Northern Blvd. I placed a lease order in a week advance that day I planned to pick up the car. They told me to work on my paper to prepare for me to pick up the car on July 4th; the sales rep name is Mark. But, after I signed the paper to lease the car, they actually hadn't done anything on my paper and when I was on my way to pick up the car. Just in case I called them to confirmed if the car was ready to pick up. They actually hadn't done anything. They said that I have never confirmed, which I sent them all the documents I was requested, but somehow they said they never received them. I stated that that the part of their job to confirm. Then even he MGR George said, that I don't want sell the car If you are not happy, instead of apology. what a demanding sales people. How can I be a happy with all those poor service I was provided. it is not a cheep purchase. I am sure the Subaru in Japan never wanted sell the cars in that way.They want to be happy to buy a car and enjoy that.Those people is never qualified to sell the spiritual of products.
