Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I called them constantly and spoke with many people... I finally threatened a lawsuit and they gave the money back the next day.

Original review Mar 09, 2023

My husband has contacted them many times for to this issue and still no one responds. Honestly, it's disappointing since I'm the one that recommended the stupid company to him after my experiences with them on more than one occasion.

I feel like we're being ripped off and that just won't stand.

I will get our money back.

Edit: It took a lot of persistence over 6 months and the threatening of a lawsuit, but they finally gave our money back. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Still haven't received refund

Kodiak Boots - Still haven't received refund

On October 19, I received an email from Kodiak confirming that they had received my return and that I would receive a refund within 14 business days. That day came and went, and still no refund.

I have contacted them at least 5 times and was told that they changed their system in August, and have been having trouble processing refunds. I have been told that they would get back to me, but they never do. I am on a fixed income. The refund is for over $200, and I'm now being charged interest on my credit card for the outstanding balance.

It is now December and I'm still getting nowhere with them.

I'm very frustrated and will not recommend this company to anyone I know. Carol Pearson
