- - On-Demand files in Indian On-Demand haven't been updated since July 12.
- - The 13-July-2023 link shows a server maintenance message.
Currently On-Demand files for the "Indian On-Demand" folder are not updated from Wednesday July 12 onwards. It says "WE ARE DOWN FOR SERVER MAINTAINANCE, PLEASE CHECK BACK AFTER SOME TIME!" when we click on 13-July-2023.

Can not contact them. I went to company reviews found Im not the only one in this situation. Could you tell me are they still in business.
The reason I purchased the item it had the Kodi app. Im retired & dont have money to be let go this way.

User's recommendation: I can’t recommend as I never received my product that I paid for.
The KODI Foundation DOES NOT sell any hardware and is not related to whoever is selling this stuff. I am sorry to say, but you likely got scammed and unfortunately are not the only one in this situation.
Unfortunately there is not much we (the KODI Foundation) can do about it, because as soon as one site got taken down (which we did after theses scams had been brought to our attention), 10 others show up under different domains. So it's a game of whack-a-mole, and KODI simply lacks the funding and manpower to go after each and every one of them legally.

- - Kodi box can't connect to Netflix; it keeps retrying.
- - Catmouse data hasn't appeared for 8 months.

It( Kodi Smart TV box)continuing says it can't connect to Netflix retry, and when I do, it doesn't catch..keeps saying Retry. As well as, all data from Catmouse hasn't popped up in 8 months.
I use it (Kodi Smart TV box) from time to time, do I'm confused as towards if you don't utilize it, it erases itself? So disgruntled and upset with your device

- Depending upon inclement weather it may may not function
Preferred solution: Netflix and Catmouse up and running.
The KODI Foundation does not sell hardware. So if you have a "Kodi Smart TV box", it is from a third party and not KODI.
Please consult the vendor or seller of the device for help, since nobody knows in which way KODI has been altered by them (and what possibly illegal crap they have put on there, as it is the case with most of these boxes if you managed not to get scammed by the sellers). As for the Netflix add-on: it is not an official add-on by Netflix and also not part of the add-on repository maintained by the team behind KODI.
So it's third party and the KODI team can't help you with it. Just make sure you always have the latest version of the add-on, as unofficial add-ons can break from time to time due to changes done by the content provider.

Kodi stopped working
Kodi has stopped working need help too fix. Cannot get my football boxing ect.

please contact the authors of the add-ons you are using to watch sports content. These add-ons are thrid party and not part of KODI.
If the add-on provides access to sport streams you normally would have to pay for, then the add-ons are illegal and not supported by KODI in any way.
Due to the nature of these add-ons (being illegal), they break frequently. So if such an add-on breaks, please consult the website you got these add-ons from for help or the author of affected add-ons.

I tried to jailbreak and update KOD at the same time and lost all the movies that were on KOD. Please help!

if you lost the database with your local movies, just recreate it by re-indexing your local movie collection. If you are talking about loosing all the piracy add-on crap which you used to watch movies and tv-shows illegally, then you are on your own.
KODI does not provide these kind of add-ons. So you need to consult the piracy groups for help you got these add-ons from.
