Loss of signal continuously, while watching a series

It has become almost impossible to watch any drama on Kocowa now. The cable carrier Xfinity is how I access Kocowa. I called them almost daily, and there is nothing they can do to recapture my signal. This did not happen when I first subscribed. I have loved being able to access, so many Korean dramas and feel a real loss with what has happened to cancel out my shows. Please tell me how this problem can be corrected.

Preferred solution
The loss of the signal corrected as I love everything else about Kocowa. Just cannot watch any dramas when they signal constantly loses reception.

I want to cancel subscription

I'm having a problem canceling this subscription. I did not subscribe. so you can imagine my surprise when I received an email stating I was going to be charged for it. I tried to cancel, but I didn't have the information I needed to cancel.
