I've paid twice for my monthly subscription, but for some reason, I can't log on and watch. All the episodes are locked.
So, I'm disputing the charges with my bank. Don't trust them.

They are the worst company it’s Impossible to close out an account. Customer service does not answer you they say they’re gonna send you a code so you can cancel they do not. I don’t know what to do t
DonTrying to cancel my account and my subscription I cannot remember how I signed up so therefore you cant cancel no matter how many times you speak to a chat agent or try to get in touch with customer service impossible Im gonna have to cancel my credit card because thats the only way Ill get rid of this company

Charged after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription on the same day I decided to try my 30 day free trial due to POOR connection, which was on 2/10/24, and today I get an email of receipt for my monthly due. Called the number on my CC charge and it belongs to an individual in CA I guess, get Google call screen and wont let me get through. So left a VM to refund my money.

Poor streaming quality and website manuverability; despite online cancellation of subscription and confirmation, continued to bill us so we had to cancel our card to stop them

Poor customer service I am located in the US. I have tried to watch this Chanel after paying for it but nothing happens .

It has become almost impossible to watch any drama on Kocowa now. The cable carrier Xfinity is how I access Kocowa.
I called them almost daily, and there is nothing they can do to recapture my signal. This did not happen when I first subscribed.
I have loved being able to access, so many Korean dramas and feel a real loss with what has happened to cancel out my shows. Please tell me how this problem can be corrected.
Preferred solution: The loss of the signal corrected as I love everything else about Kocowa. Just cannot watch any dramas when they signal constantly loses reception.

I'm having a problem canceling this subscription. I did not subscribe.
so you can imagine my surprise when I received an email stating I was going to be charged for it. I tried to cancel, but I didn't have the information I needed to cancel.
