Damage to roads by trucks
Chicken transport trucks destroyed our road on Monday 2/12/2024, had the county not responded as quickly as they did residents could not have gone to work or the doctor due to damage caused by Kochs trucks, we hold Koch responsible and liable for this damage, and it is repeated every year. They have plenty of funds, so be responsible and maintain the the roads you destroy, Randolph County does not have the necessary funding to repair road damage caused by Kochs trucks!!!

Extremely vulgar drive backed into my car
On August 30, 2023, I had a transfer truck cab back into my car on the front right passenger panel and wheel. Originally, the driver's truck was less than 6 inches from my car when he backed up.
I started to panic as the driver pulled up again and backed up a second time. The second time the driver backed up he came within 4 inches of my front passenger side mirror. It was at this point that I got out of my car to look at my car. Upon my getting out the truck driver aggressively swung open his cab door and started cussing and yelling *** you, *** you, *** you, *** you, *** you" (I apologize for the language...his words not mine).
The driver then proceeded to look at me and when I tried to see if there was damage he yelled the same word 3 more times and said he had been driving for 30 years. He then asked me if I was hit; I replied I could not see any damage. It was approximately 2 a.m. (I work at UPS during the night and was getting ready to go into work which is the only reason I was out at that time of night) The area of the parking lot where I was parked was dark.
Also, it should be noted I could not bend down or get in a position to see if there was any damage due to his truck being in the same spot that he backed up, which blocked me from viewing my car. Once I responded, the driver once again yelled "Fxxx you" 3 more times. Upon looking at his truck, I could see the side of the cab had KOCH Food Company, the number on top of the hood was 8151and the door had US DOT 136**** on it. I could not see his tag since he was so close to my vehicle, and he was very threatening in both his voice and manner.
I was afraid of his extreme hostility, so I got back into my car and backed up to remove myself from the situation. Once I returned to my home in Fairmount, I could see that the front panel on the passenger side and the wheel are both damaged.I have attached pictures.

Chicken transport trucks destroying our county road 684, Roanoke, Alabama
On Monday 2/11/2024, we experienced massive rainstorms and a convoy of heavy transport trucks drive over our dirt road instead of delaying until the weather changed. Needless to say, the road became impassable for standard residential traffic. Luckily the county came and spread some gravel the next day., but this has been a common occurrence and Koch foods needs to assist the county in maintaining the roads that they utilize to make $$$$$&.

I was told I have worked for kochs 5 times but my last time I was employed they told me to leave n come back in 90 days now that I have reapplied it back fired on me and I can't work anymore is there anyway I can get another chance one last chance I was here for orientation 6-20-2023 for sanitation which I never worked at Kochs before and I have people who got the job but want be able to work without my ride can I please have another chance

Resolved: They give wrong information
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
To get rehired cause I pointed out with Covid they told me to come back put another application in and they would hire me back now they keep telling me it's under review every time I call and that's been almost a year now

There is a young lady name Alexis Pendergrass works ,3,Rd shift at the forest Ms making private video and snaps between 1/5 am showing leaks molds chicken on the floor claim it all gets sent out it's extremely concerning

Wrongfully terminated
On August 18 at Koch food in Morton A lady name Kristy Kincaid and I Juanita got into a argument where it lead to them sending me home and suspended me for three days while they let her came to work and questioned all the time ppl she had on the paper but only questioned one of my people when the job supposed to have suspended both of us til they did they investigated I also told them how she had been stealing time and everything and that she was sleeping with the superintendent Dwight Hughes I was done wrong because they told me to get off the permiss but let Kristy Kincaid stayed on the clock Im letting yu all knw about this cause I was did wrong I have proof of her stealing time and everything my phone number is 769210****
