Very rude customer service

We had a cabin that the power pole was having issues and made our power out for a couple hours with no notice and then I went to office and they finally gave us a new cabin that has a but then the staff was extremely rude and charges were made to my credit card without my approval I brought it to their attention and they said I didn't know what I was talking about it had to be my bank or at another camp ground and I have never stayed at a koa til this experience so they said not there problem I needed to figure it out on my own. So after that we asked to stay another night and they said they were full and it was far from full so many spots available so I said I would check tonight to make sure it was full and the lady said they can refuse service to anyone and they had no reason to treat us the way they were.

Because of their issue with the ac problem. Very disappointed with koa .
