KWS trash company missed picking up my trash a few times because their trucks were always broken down. One week I kept calling them saying my trash wasn't picked up. They promised it would be on "Thursday" and if not, "for sure on Friday." It never got picked up. I was told the trucks were still broken. The 2nd week rolls by and still no pick up. I kept calling them and they just didn't really care. I then received a call telling me their GPS showed the guy was on my route that very day and to go check my trash can. It still hadn't been picked up. The woman just said, "OK, bye." A couple hours later, I get a knock on my door. The new employee didn't know where to pick up my trash, so "assumed" it was located in my private driveway. He got seriously stuck and the guy couldn't get him out. This was after 8 1/2" of rain. He finally got the guy out and caused serious damage to my driveway. The guy said they would take care of the damages to my drive-way, but nobody in the company would return our numerous phone calls. I then sent a certified letter and their response was a copy of a document that I didn't sign. They highlighted a paragraph that read "We aren't responsible for damages unless you indicate any special instructions listed below." Well the idiots can't even read their own paperwork. The special instructions they wrote themselves shows they did the damage in a driveway they weren't even supposed to on. The guy that came to tow him out admitted the guy was new and it was obvious where the trash can is set out. Their company is who dictates where we set the can out. I am having to sue these clowns to get the repairs done. The damage is extensive. They have an unfavorable BBB rating for good reason. Avoid this unethical company!
