Dear Knowledge Hut Tech Certificate Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the status of my refund request, which was submitted on October 7, 2023 due not being provided adequate access to take the class.
Despite my continued patience, I have yet to receive any resolution or clear communication regarding the refund. The lack of transparency and the constant runaround I have experienced is causing my patience to wear thin.
This is my 6th attempt to get my money back.
I am now compelled to seek an exact date for when the refund will be processed. The delay in resolving this matter is not only inconvenient but is also impacting my trust in your companys policies and procedures.
If this issue is not rectified immediately, I am left with no choice but to consult with a legal professional for advice on how to proceed. Additionally, I will be forced to report this matter to the Consumer Protection Agencies and State Attorney General's Office due to concerns about what appears to be false policy practices, unfair or deceptive practices, which may result in prompt and investigation that will handle customer protection matters.
I have already file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for investigation.
I believe in the importance of resolving issues amicably and would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Kindly provide a specific date by which I can expect the refund to be issued, along with the documentation to support the refund in the form of a credit receipt, similar to the receipt I was provided from your company when I purchased the course and any relevant details regarding the process.
