I am a bit disappointed to have to wait so long for solving the problem.
This is the second time we have the same problem with two scouts. The first scout we brought back to the bikeshop and got a new one. Now we try to keep in contact with Knog.

One of my 2 lights doesnt work.

Hello, the red light doesn't operate correctly. I have owned numerous Knoe lights, so I know how to charge, long hold, etc. As well, the white light works perfectly. Please inform me how to resolve this.

Preferred solution: A red tail light that works like the front white one. That's all. I've bought many Knog products, not sure if that's a good idea now.

Someone broke into my home and stole my bike with your Scout bike tracker on it. How can I activate the finder when Im not close to it???
