Ordered appliance pulls from Knobdeco.com and was double billed and double shipped. That is only the beginning, Their RGA process didn't work, the form could not be filled out. The number two person in the company could now approve a simple return of under $100 . They don't answer their phone or return calls or emails. Did anyone there hear of deligation or customer service. Few companies have such poor service and poor phone connections. One that comes to mind is "Packard Bell" and their customer service drove them out of business. KNOB DECO is not a company one should use a business partner.

It's now May 2011 and the company has not gotten any better. I have now learned that I need to search for company complaints before ordering anything online - I wish I had read these before placing my order.

While I just received the balance of my order that was due, all attempts to contact the company during the time I was awaiting my merchandise (coming from two separate manufactureres) went unanswered - numerous voice messages left and multiple emails were never returned. I would never order from this company again.

Their prices were competitive but there were other companies that I could have done equally well with. :(

Concur. This company is worthless.

They shipped me the wrong item. E-mails and phone calls go nowhere.

Now, I have a *** that I can't use. Do not do business with this company.
