Missing items
- Brush missing.
- Cam incompatible with my machine.
- Needle taped; had to be cleaned; ravel cord ~$2 in ~$50 order; shipping $9.45; only order.
I placed an order for $47.40 containing a double eyed needle, knitting machine cleaning brush, knitting machine isolation cam and a small piece of ravel cord. The brush was checked off the invoice but not included, the isolation cam was incorrect for my machine even though it clearly was listed as compatible, and the sewing needle was taped to a piece of cardboard with adhesive tape.
The needle was covered with adhesive, and had to be scrubbed clean with lighter fluid. Essentially a $2 piece of ravel cord for nearly $50.
Shipping for a 6 inch unpadded envelope was $9.45. This is the only order I've placed with The Knitting Closet, and likely to be the only one.

- In week three, Larry blamed a shipping problem; no apology.
I ordered yarn from this company and after waiting two weeks for my order, I started emailing asking why it is taking so long. I did not receive a response.
The third week of not having my items, I emailed them again. The customer service guy named Larry writes me that there was a problem in the shipping orders. I should walk in his shoes. No I'm sorry or anything.
He feels I should be sorry for him. This is the second time I ordered from this company.
I feel *** for doing it agian, The first time I ordered from them it took two weeks, and an excuse of having items back ordered. If you have time to wait for you items order from them, and wait......
