Man knocked on door and presented as Eddie Knight of Knights Paving of Green Lane, PA 267-221-**** but paving truck showed Cooper Paving in Mansfield New Jersey 980-637-**** . Phone number on business card does not match listing on internet or number on truck. Young man stated his name was Eddie Knight, son of Freddie Knight, quotes one price then keeps changing price, when you ask for written proposal he states that he ran out of contract forms but will bring one in the morning but doesn't provide one. “Cousin” Tom Cooper of TC Cooper Paving works with him. Starts destruction of driveway when you are not home and before contract or agreement even made so as to lock you in to getting work done by them. Makes many excuses and fast talks when asked to put his quote and details in writing on the contract. . Preys on fact that "neighbors have had their work done by his company" and local company . Drives White Dodge truck with Texas License plate #CBY5582. . Has "cousin" Tom Cooper of TC Cooper Paving in Oxford, NJ corroborate his story that his truck broke down and he is using Tom's "father's" truck which is Cooper Paving , Mansfield New Jersey and that Freddie Knight and Tom Cooper (the father’s) are family friends doing each other a favor. Wants payment in cash or check only. Both guys very defensive and nasty when you question their business practices. Neighbor’s driveway already bubbling and cracking after 3 days and when she called the number on the business card provided by him, person says wrong number.
