Never Received Order

I had ordered from this company over 2 months ago. My credit card was charged, and I was given a confirmation #. I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them at least 20 times and have not gotten a response. There is no customer service at all. I keep emailing and never receive a reply. I have checked message boards and this has happened to other people. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM KNIFE.COM!!!!! Completley unprofessional company, scam artists, and will not return emails. If anyone has there phone # please post it. Thanks, Mark T.

Knifes.Com a scam

I ordered a sog knife that I have been saving for. Cost me $235. I ordered 2 days ago and received an email that my order was processed and my credit card was charged. I checked yesterday,and today to check my order and was told that I have no order history. They have no customer service people so I had sent 4 emails asking what was going on. I have not yet heard one word from them. My card was charged , a confirmation # was sent along with an order # and then my order completly vanished. I WAS CHARGED!!!! Do not use this site... Knifes.com= SCAM!!!!!!!

Same experience. My son ordered an army knife we never received it and they do not return emails and have no number. STAY AWAY!!!!

I'm experiencing the same thing right now. Horrible customer service. Their site says they've been in business 33 years...I find that amazing given my experience.

Without a doubt one of the worst web experiences I have ever had. Knife.com is a scam, and they will not return emails. STAY AWAY FROM KNIFES.COM

Knife.com has no customer service, cancelled my order without notice.

I was recently on knife.com, looking for a good every-day carry pocket knife that is also family friendly (not an assist open or the like). I found a very nice looking knife by Fallkniven, the Tre Kronor. With excitement, I added it to my cart and checked out. I quickly sent them a question using their online form as to the model of knife I ordered. They had pictured an earlier model, so I asked if I would receive the earlier model or the current one (which was the model number they had listed). I waited 3 days with no reply. I sent them a second message, using the same form, 3 days after that, asking why my order was still listed as "processing" even though the payment had gone through and also the question regarding the model number again. 3 days went by and still no response. I sent them an email yesterday expresing my disappointment at their lack of customer service, and again asking about my order status. I still have not gotten a reply. In checking my order today, I noticed that payment had been declined, and confirmed this by checking my bank account. Indeed the charge went through with an effective date of March 3, and was refunded to my account on March 6. I was never notified that my order was cancelled, contrary to their site, which says "We will email you regarding any delay in fulfilling your order." Therefore I am left with no replies to my three inquiries, and no notice that payment had been declined. This is possibly the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I will advise friends to shy away from knife.com and its lack of any recognizable form of customer support.

Knifesite.com failed to deliver or respond

In October 2008, I ordered four Gerber Tools from knifesite.com to use a present for POW/MIA witnesses in Laos I was interviewing in November 2008 as part of my job as a POW/MIA analyst with the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command in Hawaii, When the tools were not delivered prior to my departure, I sent an email asking for the status of the order and asked if they had not been shipped, to cancel the order. That email and multiple others have recieved no response. The knifesite.com website shows order being processed, not shipped. This company advertizes it is a family business, but research found it operates out of a mailbox and has no listed phone number, BBB rating is unsatisfactory, and they were unable to verify they have a license to operate in Nevada. I am out $85, I have submitted a complaint to the BBB, but expect no response, since knifesite.com has not responed to other BBB complaints. Others beware of doing business with knifesite.com!!!

An update on my December posting, I went to my credit card company (VISA) and after submitting all of my supporting documentation, they gave me a full refund; the next day, knifesite.com blocked my access to their site, guess they don't like justice. As suspected, the BBB got no response from them. Continue to AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
