My previous post was sent in error. Please disregard what I wrote. I thought I was posting on the Knetbook site...not here
No respond from your company
I received the book today. When I purchased the book, your receipt stated that you would send an email when you shipped the book.
You never did which caused me to panic. I could have avoided the panic with just a simple email from your company.
There's no customer service number to call for any issues. You have to wait days before you get any answers.

I am writing from pissedcustomer.com. I returned my books using the UPS shipping label a week ago and I am still getting emails saying my label hasnt been scanned in yet. I want to make sure I will not be charged an extra fee for returning my books on time.

Book was ordered and billed. You didnt have book . You shouldnt bill books until you fulfill and ship out books.

Customer service number does not work according to the recording.
I called to talk to a live person and wasn’t given a chance to speak. The recording just says that it isn’t a working number. Then I get an email asking for a review.
I just want to know when my book will be here.

Verified ReviewerReceived an email stating that I did not return the book and they wanted me to pay over $200
I rented an algebra textbook for my daughter. When we received the "book" it was just hole punched loose pages.
We went to Walmart and purchased a notebook to put it in so she could use it. I never thought anything about the loose pages because it contained what she needed for the class. When the semester ended, I returned the pages just as they had been sent to me. I started receiving emails stating that I did not return the book.
I called customer service and stated that I had returned the book. After a few more emails came, I contacted customer service again and this time I was told that I returned the wrong book. I stated that I had only rented one book and that was what I returned. I recently received another email and so I called customer service for the third time.
This time I was told that I only returned the pages and there was no front or back cover! I explained that I returned exactly what was sent to me and was told I should have called customer service when I received the pages and not the front or back cover. Wouldn't you think that if they took the time to punch holes in the pages, they knew there was no front or back cover? I didn't punch the holes, the pages came that way!!!
Supervisor left me a message that I would need to pay the $200 plus fine for not returning the hardback book. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
Preferred solution: Post my rental as returned and stop emailing me stating that I didn't return the book "pages"
