Praise and complain

I was at your location in Henderson,NV on Saturday July 1,2023. I go once sometimes twice a week.

Well there were only two employees. One in back of house and one in front. The front of house was running drive through and counter. So with that it took about 15 to get my order and another 15 to get it.

The guy who I forgot to get his name was doing an amazing job. When I suggested he close down drive thru and only focus on walk in he said to me..if k do Id get fired. Are you serious?! He was doing it all alone and he still is loyal to the company who is over working him.

Not once did he loose his cool or was rude. The girl in the back also needs a raise. She was making all the orders by herself without once hearing her complain. Kneaders needs to do better.

And give both of these employees a well deserved raise. I would have walked out five minutes in to this chaos. I really hope to hear back or I can just ask when I go again. You need some kind of bonus or something to hire new people.

If employees recommend someone, offer a bonus if their recommendation makes it to 90 days. So be Kneaders

Preferred solution: Get more staff and the current ones need a raise. Need to send upper management to help out when needed.

User's recommendation: Don’t go on a Saturday because you’ll wait forever.

You do realize that if they get more staff they would spend more money on wages and then have to increase prices. right?

They need the appropriate number of people for staffing, higher prices or not.

Well not everyone can afford higher prices, it may make people want to go elsewhere. Also let's be honest here. Businesses would rather save money than hire more people.
