I purchased five different handbags from KMM and CO, Atlanta, GA. The first handbag was as described, so was the second one.

The third handbag was not as described, the leather was supposed to be turquoise blue, and had brownish spots, and many scratches and lighter areas all over the bag. I had made no customizations as this bag was one of the mini totes that have no customization options. Per their return policy, I was to receive a free return label, but instead, the company made me pay for the return shipping, and I have no idea why.

The fourth handbag was a new style and the most expensive bag they made. It came with a very poor quality shoulder strap that was very frayed on one side and was uneven thickness throughout.

They left a grommet setting tool inside the bag. I contacted the company and let them know of the defect, and they agreed to let me send back the shoulder strap at my expense, again, and they replaced it, which took almost three weeks to get. The original purse took a month to receive it. After getting the strap, I then noticed that the grommet on the purse had been set improperly so that the leather was folded over the grommet, meaning the hole in the leather could unbutton around the grommet.

Instead of immediately returning the bag, I ordered another identical bag to see if it was any better quality. It took another month to get the replacement. It was OK. I tried to contact the company about the first bag with the defective grommet, and my emails were undeliverable, they have not customer service phone number listed.

This company had blocked me from contacting them. I tried another alternative email address and contacted them that way and demanded a return shipping label to return the defective bag for a refund. They received the bag and I did not hear anything from them. They did not refund my money.

I am currently disputing this with my credit card company.

I would not recommend buying from this company or doing business with them. They are all young millennials, and they don't stand behind their return policies or their products. You can almost tell this about them when reading their company information and returns and the excuses they make for being a small company. I think it is unacceptable to offer free shipping and free returns and then not stand behind this.

I think it is unacceptable to charge your credit card at the time of the order and then take a month to ship the order out. I think it is unacceptable to claim that you use the finest leathers for your handbags and then use the most distressed parts of the hide without calling it distressed leather. The products are very inconsistent in quality, and the people buying these bags can tell you that. They use Facebook and beautiful Instagram-type photos to get you to buy their products, like Pavlov's dog type of advertising that is constantly in front of you.

People need to resist this kind of programming from these types of companies.

I also feel I was discriminated against by this company because they can see from my Facebook account that I am a Conservative Republican and they all are obvious Leftists politically. It's very obvious to me by the shoddy treatment I received from this small company.
