Havent received concert tickets
I won tickets in Jan for a concert in August. I have not received tickets and I cant get through to a person, and have left several messages

Songs on this station skip. Just to let you know.
Did you guys know that the music you're playing is skipping some time? It happened with a superman song minutes ago and it happens quite frequently in all shows though the night.

Breakfast with the Beatles
This is a follow-up to a previous complaint. I went to breakfast with the Beatles at Morongo Casino on August 27, I won two tickets for breakfast with the Beatles at the hard rock Café in Hollywood for September 17 of this year.
I turn the tickets over to my niece for her birthday which happened to be September 17, she never got the tickets. I called on September 14th, I spoke with reception who was very curt and very rude knew my nieces name and said shed be getting the tickets just prior to the event.
Well, her birthday has come and gone, no tickets were received at all. While granted they were free tickets, it was very disappointing to listen to something for the last 30 years, and then finally get to go, win something and not be able to take advantage of it

Breakfast with the Beatles
I was at breakfast with the Beatles with Chris Carter on August 27 at Morongo Casino in Cabazon. I won two tickets for September 17 at breakfast with the Beatles in Hollywood which I gave to my niece for her birthday which is actually September 17.
We have heard from no one in regards to the tickets. We went to ticket web and could not find tickets there. We also sent an email to them and they responded saying that they cannot find an order on file. Id like to know how we can get tickets between now and Sunday so my niece can celebrate her birthday as I had hoped for.
