Did not receive the mounting rings with my 1 7/16 clock inserts. Do you charge extra for them now?

Technical question

Sent a detailed description of the problem with the expensive clock movement I purchased from Klockit yesterday and havent heard anything back. There does not seem to be any easy way to actually talk with a person.
