First of all, I have to say I do like the flavor of the white cheddar bratwurst, however, the outer casing is SO thick that I can barely bite into it and chew it. I have to peel it off.
Another concern was a hard fragment that I bit into. My biggest frustration was that the casing is practically inedible.
I won't be purchasing again, unless the casing is changed. Please be careful to avoid getting bone and cartilage fragments into the meat as well, when it happens once, people tend to avoid products from that company.
