Kleen Dry Tile Carpet Cleaning Service Review from Delray Beach, Florida
I hired this company to clean my carpet in Palm Beach County, FL. The price was much more than the $10.95 advertised per room and almost double what the owner, Tal Zamir, represented to me it would cost with the extra "deep cleaning" charges. After the carpet finally dried a day later, a smell like dirty socks permeated my bedroom and still does 2 weeks later. Apparently, the water was not extracted properly and despite sending the man who cleaned the carpet back to fix it, the smell did not go away. So much for the"Clean Dry" representations. This company lacks professionalism and integrity and cannot be trusted with your carpet. I now have to hire another carpet cleaning company to fix it, if the smell can even be removed.

I decided I would try Kleen Dry since my normal cleaner has increased their prices lately. I was disappointed on two counts: 1) Their price was higher once they arrived, even though I described the room dimensions exactly on the phone, and 2) From the time they arrived to the time they were gone was less than 45 minutes. That included time to look over the house, increase the price, get out the equipment and pack up and leave. Probably less than 30 minutes were spent cleaning "8 rooms". Having your carpets cleaned is suppose to increase the life expectancy of the carpet, but I don't imagine that this type of cleaning did any good at all. I contacted the owner, Mike, and he showed no concern at all the his employees only spent 30 minutes cleaning the carpets. I do not recommend this company.

Im the owner of Klean Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning in Albuquerque New Mexico. Im sitting here reading these horrible reviews about aome other company that has a similar name.. im thinking to myself, what if i have a potential client that wont call because of these reviews.. I have owned klean dry in Albuquerque for 20 years and my only concern and providing the highest quality work our industry can offer.. If i could i would redo the work that other company did. Only because they used my name. Im sorry you guys had a bad experiance but could you please leave the state or city the company was in.

Kleen Dry - Bait And Switch
I called on their coupon of $23.00 for a sofa and advised them I was looking for a sectional which they said would be $59. I agreed and they came out, started cleaning the couch and then stopped and started going on about how it was microfiber and they needed to use another method and it was going to be $259! Told him I agreed to $59 and that was what I wanted. He then lowered the price to $160 and said make the check out to cash. Immediately all my alarms went off! Then he said call Stanley Steemer and get a price. I did but I still insisted he honor the $59 cleaning price. At that point he started packing up his stuff and said "Don't complain when your couch turns yellow." I have had this couch cleaned multiple times and not once did it turn yellow! I enjoyed watching him drive away with no money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BAIT AND SWITCH ARTISTS!

Kleen Dry Carpet Cleaning Scam
On 6.28.13 Kleen Dry came to my house to clean 2 rooms and a hall. I was getting their $59 three room special. The tech informed me that deoderizer was not included and it would be $15 extra per room. I agreed to deoderize 1 room. The tech seemed to be in a hurry and he quickly went over my carpets. When he was finished, I owed him $83 instead of their advertised special of $59. The next day you could literally see the dirt sitting up on the carpet. There were spots that he missed and the carpets were still wet. My whole house smelled like wet dirty carpets! This company is the worse company that I have ever used! In 18 years of having my carpets cleaned, this company is the worse!!!!

If it sounds to good...it's probably a scam!
This company is a total scam. They advertise on well known local magazines prices of $10.95 p/room (2 rooms minimum). I called them in for 2 rooms and 1 sofa and confirm estimate as advertised of $44.90 total. after i spent all night moving furniture around and clearing rooms, when they came, they asked me for $250 total. I told them that i did not wanted deep or any special cleaning, that i just wanted the basic service as advertized and they refuse to do it, that i needed to accept the deep cleaning service and charge. I refuse service and called their office to complain. Manager calls me back with an attitude and threats if i complain. Be very aware before you think about calling this company!

This is a terrible company. They agreed to do multiples project in my home and them left the job incomplete. Did not return phone calls and then acted like they forgot the conversation. I haven't been ripped off like this ever. They don't disclose the fact that they sub contract out and have no supervision over those people. None of the work met my expectation or what we had agreed to happen. There was no sense of ownership or desire to solve the issues. Unfortunately the payment was already made. Save your money and go find a reputable company

Klean Dry is a Carpet Cleaning Scam
Klean Dry carpet cleaning is a total scam. We saw the $10.95 per room coupon and new that was probably a "basic" service as I have heard that spiel before. The regular company we use was not able to come this week, so we decided to take a chance with Klean Dry. Big Mistake! We stayed home from work on Wed and paid $100 for the "deep clean service" in 3 rooms. After it dried, there were streaks everywhere and still looked very dirty except for the big circle area that he used to show us an "example" of the deep clean service. We called back yesterday and he offered to come out again and re-do it. So today we stayed home from work again and waited, he never came. When my husband just called he said he thought it was someone else and thought it was rescheduled. I am sure that is a load of ***. He said he couldn't come out today and could come Monday. We told him we just wanted our money back and then he started saying something about he was trying to be nice and my husband stated, "Ok, so you made a mistake and now you are being nice and doing me a favor?" And then he said "forget it, we are not doing it" and hung up on my husband. I stopped payment on the check hoping it is not cashed already and if it was cashed, I will be seeking a refund or class action law suit.

Bait and Switch--Kleen Dry Tile,Carpet-would not honor coupon from newspaper
I contacted the Kleen Dry Tile, Carpet....1-86*-961-**** to clean my 2 carpets for the price listed on their coupon in the newspaper, $10.95 each. I new this was much too low, but I assumed it was an introductory offer. When the man came, he hardly looked at my rugs and told me that they did not do the "Basic Carpet Cleaning" that was stated on the coupon for $10.95. He wanted to charge me an exorbitant price (it was way over $100, closer to $150. His excuse was the carpets were not in good condition--not true!

Kleen Dry Tile Carpet
This company cleaned my carpets after three young boys and two puppies DESTROYED it. Unlike most companies where you end up seeing stains come back these after this company they did not.
I have used them more than once ...three boys and will continue to,use them and refer them. They are professional on time and polite. Kid and animal kind.
