I read the previous review and had some of the same issues. I submitted detailed information of what would be needed to clean my home that was vacant at the time to put on the market. Debra was on time and pleasant however spent at least an hour in one room then moved to the rest of the 3200 square foot home. I too contacted Kleen Bathrooms with my concern of one person cleaning the home in 4.5 hours. I was very specific of what the cleaner needed to bring. Debra didn't have the supplies she needed so I went to buy them. Her vacuum cleaner did not work she spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix the vacuum. Debra told me she would possibly be an hour over. I finally told her to leave. I had to go buy a vacuum. Debra told me any additional charges I would have to approve. NOT. Charges were made without my authorization. I am still fighting the charges and plan on filing a police report. DO NOT USE KLEEN BATHROOMS. I wont use Thumbtack again either because they do not seem to care about the quality of what they advertise.

Kleen Bathrooms made no attempt to clean my house, but did steal a fortune
I placed a detailed request on Thumbtack where I described the dimensions and surfaces of each room in my home and the level of deep cleaning I required. The request could not have been more clean and no other contractor had any problems with it. Kleen Bathrooms was not the lowest bid, but since they were national and I wanted someone reliable, I accepted. Then they sent a cleaning lady that did not even bring supplies. My request stated that she needed to use a feather duster on my musical instruments, but she did not bring one and declined to use mine. Instead she vacuumed a few rooms while complaining that she should have brought her professional vacuum and then left. I had to revacuum everything anyway since she never bothered to dust. She also didn't mop or clean. She spent the entire time telling me about her miserable life. My wife has stage four terminal cancer and we have a 13 year old son together. No matter how hard her life my be, she isn't dealing with that. Besides we hired her to clean, not complain. When I contacted the company they told me they knew it would take more time and people and that the bid was fraudulent to begin with. They simply wanted to trick me long enough to get my credit card number. Once they had it a series of unauthorized charges started to post on my account. They say the reason why the cleaner left was because she was offended by the museum quality artwork in my home. But she tried to schedule a second visit. If she was offended, she would not have come back. The company says they would have never taken the project if they knew about the artwork, but they also tried to schedule her again after seeing it. Finally, I had to cancel an event which cost me a fortune and I had to clean the whole house myself which landed me in the emergency room due to my frail health. They nearly killed me. When I got home, I found that they had published false and libelous slander about me online and they won't take it down.
