I ordered a seat cushion from this company it was $29 + shipping I was charged $89.00 - I immediately contacted them and they told me I ordered 4 cushions (which I did not do) and they could not cancel my order. Unbelievably, she was trying to sell me more products while I'm complaining. It was too surreal. Anyway, I am out the money. I researched Klaudena on the internet and found out that they do this on a regular basis there were other complaints about the same issue - people ordering one cushion and being sold four. There is no recourse - you've been screwed. How are they allowed to do this? This has to be illegal. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company - it's a joke.
