I tried to order two seat cushions from your email offer. However, the website kept trying to upsell me other products to which I said no.
It kept selling me and would not give me a receipt. So, please cancel my order.
I do not wish to do business with a company that acts without honesty or integrity. Shame on you!

Product says it was delivered but have not received it
The product was supposed to be delivered, but I have not received it. They say to check my mailbox my porch and it is nowhere to be found. So if its possible for you to give me a call at 613-848-**** and its Wayne Murphy I would greatly appreciate it.

Question about memory foam seat cushion
I ordered one cushion and received 4 cushions. I was charged $95.00 on my Amex card.
I need to know how to send 3 cushions back and remove the extra charge on my credit card.
I have called your number numerous times and have not managed to talk to a person yet, except for one individual who hung up on me because I could not understand what she was saying. I asked to talk to someone who did not have a strong accent.

Returning seat pillows that I did not order
Give me my money back for the four seat cushions that I did not order. It cost $300 to send it back and Im not going to spend that kind of money. I will have to report you to my credit card company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called and pleaded and they gave me a bit of money back but failed to acknowledge the extra postage I paid of $12.50

Scam company
The main problem is that when you think you only ordered one cushion you end up with four and there is no opportunity to cancel or change the order other than returning the product to Lithuania at your own cost. It doesn't matter if the cushions are sent from New York, you have to pay the money to send it to Lithuania.

Order Error
My husband ordered a cushion and he did not know you are sending 4 of them. I would like to change the order to just one cushion!

Resolved: Scammed
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Told them I contacted the BBB and would file a complaint with the New York Attorney General's office for deceptive practices
I ordered one seat cushion for $29.99 and received an invoice for $96.00. I called immediately to modify the order and was told it would be
done, and that I could return the other 3 seats I didn't order to Lithuania which would cost $93.00 for shipping!!
The order was sent from New York and the shipping cost was $8.96.
They will not agree to receive the seats in NY but will if I ship them to another country. Apparently others have the same problem with this company changing the orders.

Terrible service
I now was told I could return but to Lithuania and pay for shipping myself. That is rediculous.
It came from a place in the US.
The cost would be close to my return. Would never recommend your company again.

Was hoodwinked
I ordered a seat cushion from this company it was $29 + shipping I was charged $89.00 - I immediately contacted them and they told me I ordered 4 cushions (which I did not do) and they could not cancel my order. Unbelievably, she was trying to sell me more products while I'm complaining.
It was too surreal. Anyway, I am out the money. I researched Klaudena on the internet and found out that they do this on a regular basis there were other complaints about the same issue - people ordering one cushion and being sold four. There is no recourse - you've been screwed.
How are they allowed to do this? This has to be illegal.
